NLD Ambulancezorg is the ambulance agency of the NLD nation, a community on Roblox. This site and its companion Discord bot exist to run that agency - applications, duty logging, leave requests, and internal discipline - not to provide any real-world medical, legal, or government service.

What we collect

• Discord account info, via Discord OAuth when you sign in: your Discord ID, username, avatar, and which server roles you hold.
• Roblox account info, via Roblox OAuth once you link an account: your Roblox ID and username.
• Application answers you submit when applying for a position.
• Duty activity - patrol logs (time, location, revives) and leave-of-absence requests.
• Internal records, for members - conduct records, discharge/discipline cases, and any employee report filed about or by you.

Why

To run the agency the way any organization runs its membership: verifying who you are, managing roles and applications, tracking duty hours against quota, and handling internal discipline with a clean, accountable record.

Who can see it

Need-to-know only. Routine activity (your own applications, patrol history) is visible to you and to staff who review it. Sensitive records - discipline cases, employee reports, their free-text contents - are restricted to the specific roles documented on the Access Control page (Internal Affairs, Legal Advisory, High Command), never posted publicly, and never shown to the person a report or case is about.

Where it's stored

In a Postgres database (Supabase) operated for this project. Messages the Discord bot sends you (DMs, approval notices) are stored by Discord under Discord's own terms, not ours.

How long we keep it

For as long as it's relevant to running the agency - there's no automatic deletion schedule. Disciplinary and conduct records are kept as a permanent audit trail, the same way a real organization keeps HR records.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. To ask what's held about you, request a correction, or request removal, contact the Director through Discord. We don't sell data, and we don't run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
