What we do

We provide emergency medical response across the nation: ground ambulance patrols that reach patients directly, and helicopter-based revives from our Mobile Medic Team out of Saba and Sint Eustatius. Every member works within a real chain of command, trains against a written handbook, and is held to real standards of conduct.

Departments & units

Three departments and five units, each responsible for a specific part of how we respond and how we're run.

Base Operations
Ground ambulance response, on call across the nation.
Where every member starts: ground-based ambulance patrol and on-scene revives.
Mobile Medic Team
Helicopter-based revives out of Saba and Sint Eustatius.
Our helicopter response unit, flying revives out of Saba and Sint Eustatius airports.
Rapid Response Team
The department's fast ground-response unit.
A dedicated rapid-response unit, deployed alongside MMT under the Department of Operations.
Standards and Training
Writes the guidelines, trains the trainers, and runs the aspirant pipeline.
Owns everything to do with how members get trained and certified.
Support Services
Records and internal affairs.
Two sub-departments: Administrative record-keeping, and Internal Affairs.
