This site and its companion Discord bot are how NLD Ambulancezorg - the ambulance agency of the NLD nation, a community on Roblox - runs its membership. By signing in, you agree to the following.

What this is

A community management tool for a Roblox roleplay group. Nothing here is a real medical, legal, or government service, regardless of how the roleplay frames it (e.g. discipline "statutes", "citizenship" checks) - those are in-character rules for running the agency, not real law.

Your account

You sign in with your own Discord account and, where required, link your own Roblox account. You're responsible for keeping both secure. Don't impersonate someone else or use another person's account.

Applications and membership

Submitting an application doesn't guarantee acceptance. Once you're a member, your roles, rank, and continued membership can be changed, suspended, or ended through the agency's internal discipline process, at the discretion of its Command and High Command staff.

Conduct

You're expected to follow Discord's and Roblox's own Terms of Service and Community Standards at all times, in addition to NLD Ambulancezorg's internal rules. Misconduct can be reported by any member and is handled through the agency's Internal Affairs process.

No warranty

This is a community-run, solo-maintained tool, provided as-is. It can go down, have bugs, or change without notice. We'll do our best to keep records accurate, but we don't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
