Department of Operations

Base Operations is our ground ambulance unit and the starting point for every member of the agency. Base crews patrol, respond to calls, and perform revives on scene, forming the backbone of day-to-day coverage.

Commanding positions within Base Operations are exempt from the standard patrol quota; everyone else logs their patrol time through the same system the rest of the agency uses.
