Department of Standards and Training

Standards and Training writes the training guidelines every base-unit member is taught to, and trains and tracks the trainers who deliver them. Trainers aren't held to an hour quota the way patrol units are; instead, they're measured by the training sessions they host.

This department also runs the aspirant pipeline: once an application is accepted, a new aspirant reads the handbook, requests training from a trainer, attends a scheduled session, and once the trainer marks it complete, High Command approves the promotion from Aspirant to Support Personnel.
